This survey was conducted using objective-prism plates taken with the Schmidt telescopes of the Hamburg, Warner and Swasey, and University of Michigan Observatories. The catalog contains all stars of the six source publications in a single file; the notes and remarks published in Volumes II, IV, and VI are included in the separate file "notes.dat".
