The columns are Phase, Delta Mag, and Number on obs per normal. The Delta Mag are on the instrumental system and corrected for differential extinction. We now use instrumental mags. in the Wilson program, because we introduced stellar atmosphere fluxes derived from convolutions of our filter transmission, mean atmospheric extinction, RCA PMT
