IAU COMMISSION 27 UNPUBLISHED DATA FILE 234 UBVRI photometry of HD 17433 = VY Ari. We present new UBVRI photometry of the active chromosphere binary HD 17433 = VY Ari. The data was obtained with two 0.25 m auto- matic photoelectric telescopes (APT) on Mt. Hopkins, Arizona. The 1987 observations were made with the Smithsonian APT in the VRI passbands, all other observations were made with the Fairborn APT in Johnson UBV. Altogether we obtained 224 nightly means. All measures are with respect to HD 17572 (V=6.708, B-V=0.368, U-B= -0.045) and used 39 Ari = HD 17361 (V=4.51, B-V=1.11, U-B=1.05) as a check star.
