IAU COMMISSION 27 UNPUBLISHED DATA FILE 302E 4 April 1995 V-band Photometry of Hyades F-type Stars Submitted by Kevin Krisciunas, Joint Astronomy Centre, Hilo, Hawaii (kevin@jach.hawaii.edu) The data were obtained by the following observers: Kevin Krisciunas Kenneth Luedeke Richard Crowe Mavourneen Roberts Peter Pobocik The Julian Dates were as follows: 2449672 to 681: Krisciunas at Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory (Lowell 0.6-m reflector) 2449671 and 685: Luedeke at Albuquerque, New Mexico (0.25-m telescope) Mauna Kea observations (0.6-m reflector): 2449715: Krisciunas, Roberts, Crowe 716, 717: Krisciunas and Roberts 718, 719: Krisciunas only 720, 721: Krisciunas and Pobocik 739, 740: Krisciunas only The following stars were observed (we give the catalogue numbers from the Bright Star Catalogue and the numbers from van Bueren's (1952) list): BS 1319 = vB 20 BS 1354 32 BS 1385 53 BS 1408 68 BS 1430 84 BS 1432 89 BS 1459 100 BS 1472 103 The comparison star was BS 1422 (= vB 80; V = 5.58, B-V = 0.32). Though this star is a spectroscopic binary, it is found to be photometrically constant. We used appropriate values of the V-band extinction, derived nightly, to calculate the differential extinction corrections. We used known red-blue pairs of stars to determine the transformation coefficient epsilon_v, in order to put the differential magnitudes on the UBV system. The color corrections were small, owing to the near sameness of colors of the program stars and BS 1422. Only BS 1319 and BS 1459 showed any signs of variability. For those two stars only, we give the heliocentric Julian Dates. For the other 6 stars, we give only the geocentric Julian Dates. V-band photometry of Hyades F-type stars First column = Julian Date minus 2449000 (heliocentric corrections have been done only for BS 1319 and BS 1459) Second column = differential V-band magnitude,
