Abstract:
We present the results from a damped Lyalpha survey of the Sloan
Digital Sky Survey, Data Release 3 (Cat. II/259). We have discovered
over 500 new damped Lyalpha systems at z>2.2, and the complete
statistical sample for z>1.6 has more than 600 damped Lyalpha
galaxies.
