Combining our results with the available Multiband Imaging Photometer for Spitzer (MIPS) 24mum survey of this area, we produce a catalog of 150 16mum sources brighter than 0.18mJy (3sigma) for which we derive measures or limits on the 16mum/24mum colors. Such colors are especially useful in determining redshifts for sources whose mid-infrared spectra contain strong emission or absorption features that characterize these colors as a function of redshift. Description: We observed 57 positions in the Bootes field during two different periods using the IRS on Spitzer. The total field of view of a blue peak-up image in both nod positions is 50pix x 55pix. Since the pixel size of the IRS Short-Low module is 1.8"x1.8", the field of view is 2.475arcmin^2^. The total area observed is 0.0392deg^2^, which is 230 times smaller than the total area of the Bootes survey imaged at 24mum with MIPS. The observations were obtained between 2004 August 27 and September 2, as well as between 2004 November 11 and 17, with exposure times of  240s, resulting in a median 1sigma depth of  0.06mJy at 16mum.
