Abstract:
We present results of a study that combines UBVI photometry, MK
spectral classification and proper motions in the area of the, up to
now unknown, open cluster Ruprecht 58 at the Puppis region.
Description:
CCD observations in the UBVI system were carried out in the field of
Ruprecht 58 on the nights of December 24 and 25, 2003, at the Complejo
Astronomico El Leoncito, CASLEO, Argentina.
