J/A+AS/82/41 Spectral index for B3 radio sources (Kulkarni+ 1990)

Spectral index distribution for a sample of sources from the B3 catalogue. Kulkarni V.K., Mantovani F., Pauliny-Toth I.I.K. <Astron. Astrophys. Suppl. Ser. 82, 41 (1990)> =1990A&AS...82...41K 1990A&AS...82...41K (SIMBAD/NED BibCode)
ADC_Keywords: Radio sources Keywords: radio sources - radio continuum Abstract: Flux density measurements at 4730MHz are presented for a sample of 770 radio sources from the B3 catalogue with density S408>0.35Jy. For 429 of these sources flux density measurements at 1410MHz are also presented. The radio spectral indices derived are used to investigate the dependence of median spectral index on flux density File Summary: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FileName Lrecl Records Explanations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ReadMe 80 . Andernach (), the following changes were made to table1.dat: - multiplicity letters (A,B) were added in B3 name, according to B3 catalog (Ficarra et al., 1985, cat. VIII/37). - the + flags (combined flux densities) where added when appropriate - four OCR errors where corrected.
