Between 40 and 200 redshifts have been obtained in the field of each of the clusters, which cover a wide range of morphological types and richnesses. Applying rigorous statistical analyses to the total data base of 1000 precise radial velocities provides the necessary information to undertake a thorough dynamical investigation of these individual clusters and of cluster systems in general. History: The table was originally scanned by the NED team. The right ascension for A1689-85 was corrected from 130010.73 to 131010.73 by M. Schmitz (NED). Further corrections made by H. Andernach: ABELL 3558:[TCG90] 072 added (was missing); question marks in Notes column (for uncertain velocity) were copied as a colon directly following the velocity. OCR errors were found only in cols. r_d and R, a few may have been overlooked due to the very similar fonts. Two comments about possible incorrect redshifts were added by H. Andernach for objects A1689-006 and A1689-217 without trying to be complete. From H. Andernach, a668 in his list, 13-Sep-2002
