ADC_Keywords: Binaries, eclipsing ; Photometry, VRI Keywords: data reduction techniques - photometry - eclipsing binary - observation Abstract: We present the photometric analysis of the detached eclipsing binary V2480 Cyg. After taking the photometric data, the light curve was analyzed in PHOEBE software, which uses the Wilson-Devinney code. Due to the observed O'Connell (1951PRCO....2...85O) effect in light curve, we introduce a spotted model with 3 spots on the components, and the exact parameters of the system have been achieved. The main parameters of the system were calculated as about qptm=1.7, Teff1=8075K and Teff2=3829K. Description: To determine the physical parameters of the V2480 Cyg system we have taken about 3000 images in V and R band Johnson filters over 7 nights in June and July 2016. We used the 12 inch MeadeLX200 telescope of the RIAAM Observatory (Research Institute for Astronomy and Astrophysics of Maragha). The telescope was controlled remotely with StarryNight software. A QHY6 monochrome CCD were used, which has a quantum efficiency of about 65% at 550nm.
