We describe in detail the technique of high-quality photometric measurements with a time resolution of 0.3-1s using an ordinary CCD. Through test observations of non-variable stars, we show that atmospheric turbulence introduces no significant distortions into the light curves. Therefore, such data are well suited for studying the aperiodic variability of various objects. Description: SS 433 was observed at the RTT-150 telescope with a CCD photometer, as was described above, mainly in the summer of 2005. In addition, a few observations were also carried out in the summer of 2004 and the fall of 2005. The observations were performed in the R band.
