Stellar velocity dispersions have been obtained from the CaII triplet in the near-IR, using cross-correlation techniques, while gas velocity dispersions have been measured by Gaussian fits to the Hβ λ4861Å and [OIII] λ5007Å emission lines. Description: The data were acquired in 2000 February using the two arms of the Intermediate dispersion Spectrograph and Imaging System (ISIS) attached to the 4.2-m William Herschel Telescope (WHT) of the Isaac Newton Group (ING) at the Roque de los Muchachos Observatory on the Spanish island of La Palma.
