A second, newly discovered superstructure is also found less securely at redshift 0.35 (of dimensions ∼100x100x100Mpc3). We present full observational details on the TONS08 sample which was constructed to probe structures in the redshift range 0<z<0.5 by matching NVSS sources with objects in APM catalogues to obtain a sample of optically bright (E∼R≤19.83), radio-faint (1.4GHz flux density S1.4≥3mJy) radio galaxies in the same 25deg2 area as part II of the 7CRS. Description: The TONS08 survey is in one of the areas covered by the 7CRS (Willott et al., 2002MNRAS.335.1120W) and the TexOx-1000 (TOOT) survey (Hill & Rawlings, 2002, ASP Conf. Proc., Leiden. Astron. Soc. Pac., San Francisco). It covers the region 08h 10m 20s ≤ RA ≤ 08h 29m 20s and 24° 10' 00" ≤ DE≤ 29° 30' 00" (J2000). Unlike the low-frequency-selected 7CRS and TOOT, the TONS08 survey is selected at 1.4GHz from the NVSS. File Summary:

Note (1): The positions are that of the radio positions except in the case of multiple sources where the positions are from APM. Note (2): In cases where FIRST resolves out multiple components, SFIRST is the total integrated flux density. Note (3): The NVSS entry for TONS08 288 seems to be the confusion of two separate radio sources - the given redshift is for the ID of the brighter, double-lobed radio source, but both sources have APM IDs. We are awaiting spectroscopic confirmation that the other object is at a similar redshift. Note (4): Telescopes: NOT: 2.6-m Nordic Optical Telescope WHT: 4.2-m William Herschel telescope 2.7: 2.7-m Smith reflector at McDonald Note (5): The notes denote the name of the object in other samples or lines identified. Spectra of the TOOT objects will be presented in Rawlings et al. (in preparation); Spectra for the 7CRS objects can be found in Willott et al. (2002MNRAS.335.1120W). The redshift of 3C200 is reported in Laing, Riley & Longair (1983MNRAS.204..151L).
