ADC_Keywords: Galaxies, photometry ; Morphology Keywords: galaxies: nuclei - galaxies: photometry - galaxies: structure Abstract: We combine several HST investigations on the central structure of early-type galaxies to generate a large sample of surface photometry. The studies selected were those that used the "Nuker law" to characterize the inner light distributions of the galaxies. The sample comprises WFPC1 and WFPC2 V-band observations published earlier by our group, R-band WFPC2 photometry of Rest et al. (2001AJ....121.2431R), NICMOS H-band photometry by Ravindranath et al. (2001AJ....122..653R) and Quillen et al. (2000ApJS..128...85Q), and the brightest cluster galaxy WFPC2 I-band photometry of Laine et al. (2003, Cat. J/AJ/125/478). File Summary:

(1997AJ....114.1771F) scaled to H0=70km/s/Mpc 3 = Faber et al. (1989, Cat. VII/176) group distance 4 = distance based on CMB velocity of galaxy or group. Note (2): Galaxy absolute luminosities are based on RC3 VT values, or the Laine et al. (2003, Cat. J/AJ/125/478) R magnitudes for the BGC; Schlegel et al. (1998ApJ...500..525S) extinction corrections have been applied. Note (4): ΔM values in the notes column refer to the luminosity corrections applied to subtract the disks in S0 galaxies; reference codes in the parentheses correspond to: (1) = Baggett et al.
