Observations were obtained using the "peak-up" imaging capability of the Spitzer IRS. We survey 35arcmin2 to an average 3σ depth of 0.075mJy and detect 149 sources. Description: Data were obtained as part of IRS calibration activities during science verification (SV) and in parallel with a guaranteed time observation (GTO) program to obtain photometry of submillimeter-selected sources in the field. The SV observations were taken to provide a direct comparison of Spitzer IRS 16µm imaging of individual targets previously observed by the ISO Camera. The GTO program targeted seven objects mostly outside the ISOCAM area but within the GOODS field. In each case the full peak-up imaging field of view was imaged for each object at both 16 and 22µm. During the 22µm imaging, 16µm data were obtained in parallel. In total, we obtained 72 exposures, of 60s each, for a survey integration time of 1.2hr. File Summary:
