(Cat. J/ApJS/112/315) are derived using Ks-band data from the Two Micron All Sky Survey. Black hole masses are found using a calibrated black hole-Ks bulge luminosity relation, while bulge luminosities are measured by means of a two-dimensional bulge-disk decomposition routine. Note (1): Emission-line and host-galaxy parameters were taken from Ho et al. (1997, Cat. J/ApJS/112/315). Hα and Hβ refer to the narrow emission-line components. Note (2): Flag, defined as follows: L = a 3σ lower limit; u = a 3σ upper limit; b = uncertainty of ±30%-50%; c = highly uncertain value with probable errors of ±100%. Note (3): Dereddened (Galactic and internal) emission-line intensity ratios. Note (4): Corrected for inclination. Note (5): Flag on DelV, defined as follows: a = lower limit because the inclination is not available; b = suggests the inclination correction uncertain and is set to 30°; c = possibly confused by another nearby galaxy; d = the velocity width was measured at 50% of the peak of the HI profile.

Global Notes: Note (G1): Galaxies in our sample were selected from Ho et al. (Cat. J/ApJS/112/315) and divided into three subsamples according to morphology or Hubble stage parameter T. Sample is defined as follows: A = subsample of early-type spiral galaxies, S0/a and Sa, with T=0-1; B = subsample of intermediate-type spiral galaxies, Sab, Sb, and Sbc, with T=2-4; C = subsample of late-type spiral galaxies, Sc, with T=5.
