Observations were conducted in the spectral lines of Hα and [S II]. Our scanning Fabry-Perot interferometric observations are presented from both a global and a local perspective. We have analyzed the global velocity field, the spatially extended diffuse gaseous component, and the H II region populations and, furthermore, have determined the rotation curve based on the heliocentric radial velocities of the global Hα spatial distribution. Description: The observations were carried out during four runs (1997/Jan/09 and 1998/Jun/20 for Fabry-Perot data, 1997/Jan/10, 1998/Jun/20 and 1999/Feb/11 for direct imaging) with PUMA, the scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer of the Universidad Nacional de Autonoma de Mexico, attached to the f/7.9 Ritchey-Chretien focus of the 2.1 m telescope at the Observatorio Astronsmico Nacional at San Pedro Martir, B.C., Mexico. Note (1): Some relatively isolated H II regions or H II regions being part of a complex, had low S/N ratios and consequently the determinations of peak velocity and velocity dispersion were uncertain. Such cases are marked with a ``u''. Note (2): From fitting a Gaussian to the radial velocity profiles. Note (3): A blank space means that there is no indication of a young stellar population in Hill's data, or that some of our regions were not covered by their observations. Note (4): Comments: a = asymmetric profile; s = symmetric profile.
Global notes: Note (G1): The identification numbers as those of Sabbadin & Bianchini, 1979PASP...91..280S, [SB79b] NNN in Simbad. Two other regions not catalogued in this work are demarcated as h61 and h66 according to Hodge (1969ApJS...18...73H, [H69] NGC 4449 61 and [H69] NGC 4449 66 in Simbad).
