Note (1): 'f' indicates that the cluster was split into two detections in this filter. We flux-added the two detections to get the total cluster flux. Note (2): Values estimated by flux-adding all Hα peaks within 5 and 12 pixels of the cluster position. In the three cases for which the two radii yield different EW(Hα) values, both are presented. Note (3): 'g' indicates that an upper limit to EW(Hα) was determined from the cluster-centered aperture of peak-subtracted F656N image. The age and mass estimates for this cluster are lower limits. Note (4): 'b' indicates that no reliable extinction estimate could be made from the Hα/Hβ map. We assume a reddening value that makes the intrinsic cluster photometry consistent with a point on the Starburst99 model. Note (5): We cannot exclude a mixed gas and dust geometry for objects with E(B-V)≳0.37mag. The mass presented is a lower limit, because it assumes the intrinsic luminosity is not underestimated. Note (6): 'e' indicates a cluster with anomalous photometry. Age and mass estimates are from EW(Hα).

Note (1): the note means the following: c = Probable cluster s = Probable individual star Note (2): 'b' indicates an estimation from flux measured through an 11-pixel aperture in the peak-subtracted F656N image.
