The paper contains 150 maps (VLA and 6 MERLIN observations at 1420 or 1658MHz) which are not included here. File Summary:

The following problems have been encountered (sources flagged '*' in column 'Problem' of table1): => 0502-023 is only listed in table1, not in table2; table1 remarks a "marginal detection" for it, but the map shown on the bottom right of p.417 clearly shows a source. => 0915+025 is duplicate (in both table1 and table2). => 1039+019 was corrected to read 1039+029 to agree with table2 In addition, Table 3 quotes the additional sources 4C+00.31=0945+003, 4C-03.65=1738-033, and 4C-02.63 1509-023, which are not listed in table 2. This makes a total of 147 sources presented in this paper (while the abstract states 144). Acknowledgements: It is a pleasure to thank H.J.
