The IRAS source is probably not nearby \object{CGCS 1793}, though a poor IRAS position is not excluded. \item \Aviz{07363-0838} second red star at 7 38 47.5 -08 45 29 (J2000) contributes to IRAS flux, however no TiO present per MacC e-mail 2005Jun27. \item \Aviz{07431-2919} original type (M6:) revised per MacC re-examination of plates 2005Jul1, and definitely not a carbon star. \item \Aviz{07434-2927} carbon, not type M5:, per MacC re-examination of plates 2005Jul1. \item \Aviz{07588-2418} MacC re-examination of plates 2005Jul13 suggests strong CN, but not obviously a carbon star. \item \Aviz{08368-4137} another fainter red star at 8 38 40.84 -41 48 51.1 (U) contributes to the IRAS flux. \item \Aviz{09237-5429} type for M7 star per MacC e-mail 2006Mar1. \item \Aviz{09350-5314} MacC re-examination of plates 2006Apr3: the forbidden emission lines probably mistaken for TiO bandheads; IR CaII triplet seems to be in emission also. \end{itemize} \CDStail{\thefile}
